The primary objective of these illustrations is to captivate the attention of a wide audience. Editorial illustrations often involve a creative and metaphorical reinterpretation of anatomy, although they can also adhere to anatomical accuracy based on the client's preferences. These illustrations are commonly featured on the covers of newsletters, journals, posters, and billboards.

When patients feel misunderstood, going through this constant battle between their subconscious and their conscious, being unable to prove it physically with their brain, I can imagine it feels like they are watching all this happen to them and not knowing how to stop it.

So the larger head is looking down into a hallway (representing their mind) but in the head of that main face, there is also another hallway that is being viewed by the same person, it could go on and on.

In this hallway you can see the same person multiple times, each representing a different type of trauma or thought process. So bad self talk, is like beating up on yourself. Looking in the mirror and not seeing a face, would be like dissociation. Siting alone could be paralysis, confusion, depression.

Each can be viewed in their own different way depending on the viewer
